Environmental education is one step of the Green School methodology. One of the big problems of today are acid rains. 

We used inquiry based learning to get some information about acid rains.

The effect of CO2 on water acidifaction 

pH of destilated water is 7.0

If the water is in contact with the air, CO2 reacts with H2O and the result is carbonic acid which causes decrease of pH.
